Family Photo Engravings

Recently I was asked if I could combine an old photograph of the customer’s grandfather with a recent photo of his children and father for an engraving. It took a little work but I was able to do so. I was running short on hard Maple wood, like I’ve typically been using for photo engravings, so I used Basswood for the first time. The result was very nice.

Two separate engravings were completed; one with the children and grandfather, and the other with the children, father, and grandfather of the customer.

These engravings have been added to the online store in the commissioned and sold categories. If you would like to discuss photo engravings, please contact me.

Rustic Blend Launches New Online Store

I’m pleased to announce the launch of Rustic Blend Craftworks‘s new online store. The new website is a significant update in both style and functionality. It is now easier to browse the items available for purchase, but also to view a portfolio of items that have been sold and/or commissioned to be made by customers.
